Hamlin

Lisette Raynor has enjoyed working with children, families, and fellow team members in the field of Early Childhood Education for more than 25 years.  She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a major in Education and an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. Lisette also maintains an Advanced Director Credential with VPK endorsement through the Florida Department of Children and Families. She has grown in her career of choice through a variety of leadership roles from Early Head Start Team Lead to Corporate Child Care Supervisory roles.  Since moving to Florida 11 years ago, Lisette has worked as Assistant Director, Director, Teacher Mentor, Trainer, and Supervisor/Opening Coordinator positions.  In her spare time, Lisette enjoys spending time with family, hiking local Florida trails, and roaming the Disney parks.
